Begin with what matters to you
A senior move may involve a new apartment, a family home, or a residence with specific receiving rules. Tell us who will coordinate the day, which belongings are essential, and whether there are deadlines for access. We can include a family member in the moving discussion when you ask us to.
Plan the rooms before loading
A simple furniture plan helps avoid arriving with pieces that do not fit. Measure larger items and the spaces they are intended for. Separate belongings that are staying, being given away, or going elsewhere. We handle the agreed moving work; decisions about downsizing stay with you and your family.
Set aside the first-day essentials
Keep medication, documents, keys, glasses, chargers, and personal valuables with you. Label a small set of boxes to unpack first. Identify the bed and other priority furniture so the crew knows what should be placed before less urgent items.
A clear scope and a familiar contact
Our team consists of background-checked W-2 employees. Loading, unloading, basic packing assistance, and standard furniture assembly are included in billed moving time. More extensive packing is arranged separately. We confirm rates, the minimum, access, and your arrival window by text so you have the details in one place.
